Japanese test results

The test carried out in collaboration with the Kinki University located in Osaka Japan proved that Battery Extender can improve the life of a lithium-ion battery by over 30%.

Tested batteries: Lithium-ion batteries for mobile phones made by the manufacturer K, which were charged and discharged more than 200 times and used for more than one year.

Rated voltage: 3.6V / Charging capacity:550mAh / Charging time: 2.5 hours.

Test conditions:

• Continuous discharge with 14Ω resistance.
• Ambient temperature: 25 degrees centigrade
• Ambient humidity : 55 %
• Tester: Manufactured by NEC.

The test results clearly indicate that the battery with Battery Extender attached lasts much longer than the battery without Battery Extender as shown by the green line in the graph below.

Mobile phone Lithium-ion batteries usually keep working with the same voltage for a certain period of time before the power suddenly drops sharply when the charged power is used up.

UK test results

Each lithium-ion phone battery was charged for 12 hours without Battery Extender discharged then charged again for another 12 hours with Battery Extender.

Safety testing - Samples of Battery Extender were submitted to Testing House CASSELLA STANGER in the UK for radiological testing in November 2004. Testing confirmed that Battery Extender has no harmful effects to users, device or battery.
